Privacy Policy

This page says, in plain words, what nayakmedia.com collects, why, who else touches it and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into the quote form so we can reply to you, we never hand those details to advertisers, and like most business websites we may measure visits and advertise to people who have visited. "Nayak Media" is a registered trade name of Nayak Group LLC, a New Jersey company; "we" and "us" on this page mean that company.

What we collect

From the Live Quote form, only what you give us:

• Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
• Your project name and, if you are a company, your business name.
• The details of each shoot you build: the services chosen, hours, property size or head-count, the date, the location, any special requests, and the estimate the page showed you.

Nothing you type is sent to us until you press the final button on the form. Separately, the site may collect general visit information, described under "Analytics, advertising and cookies" below.

What we use it for

• To check our availability and reply to you with a proposal.
• To plan and deliver the work if you hire us.
• To keep a record of what you were quoted.

We do not sell or rent what you type into the form, and we do not pass it to advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each one handles your information only to do its job for us:

• Supabase stores the requests you send, in a database only our team can read.
• Resend delivers the email that tells our team a new request has arrived.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the "I am human" check on the form (Turnstile), which looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may set a cookie it needs for that check.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.
• Google Workspace is our email, so any message you send us lands there.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Separately from the form, we use, or may use, tools that tell us how the site is used and that help us advertise. These tools place cookies or similar markers in your browser and collect things like the pages you viewed, roughly where you are (from your internet address), the kind of device and browser you have, and which advert or link brought you here. They do not receive what you type into the quote form. When a request is sent they are told that one was sent and the estimate's total, never who sent it.

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It counts visits and shows us which pages work, so we can improve the site. Google explains its side at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Advertising (not in use today; for example Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok): measures whether our adverts work and may show our adverts to people who have visited this site. These companies may combine what they collect here with what they already know about you, under their own privacy policies.
• The bot check: Cloudflare may set a cookie it needs to tell people from bots on the form.

You can say no. Block or clear cookies in your browser settings; opt out of personalized adverts at optout.aboutads.info or in your Google and Meta ad settings; or email us and we will help. The site and the quote form work the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as they are useful for replying to you, doing the work and keeping ordinary business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record (an invoice, for example).

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@nayakmedia.com or call (908) 33-NAYAK ((908) 336-2925) and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your state's privacy law; we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
