Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of nayakmedia.com, which is run by Nayak Group LLC, a New Jersey company doing business as Nayak Media ("we", "us"). They are short on purpose. If we do work for you, that work is covered by the written proposal or agreement we both sign, not by this page.

The Live Quote is an estimate

The figure the quote builder shows is an estimate based on the selections you make and our current rates. It is not an offer, a contract or a booking. Sending a request does not reserve a date and does not commit you, or us, to anything. A price becomes firm only in a written proposal that we send and you accept. Your final proposal can differ from the estimate once we know the full scope: days, deliverables, locations, travel, licensing and anything else specific to your project.

Rates can change

The rates and packages on this site may change at any time. The estimate you were shown is recorded with your request, and we will tell you if anything has changed when we reply.

What you send us

Please send accurate information, and only information you have the right to share. Do not use the form to send spam, unlawful material or automated submissions. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, drawings, video, logo and design of this site belong to Nayak Group LLC. You are welcome to view and share links to it. Please do not copy or reuse it without asking.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on an estimate it showed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
